About Kim McGorman

Kim McGorman works closely with Michael as his Licensed Assistant managing office activities as well as working with clients who are interested in purchasing a home.  Because Kim is a licensed Realtor, she is able to assist clients with any real estate related business. Kim received her license in 2004 and has been working and enjoying the industry ever since.

Kim was raised in Nanaimo and attended elementary school, high school and post secondary education right here in the town she loves. Kim has grown up with the city watching it evolve and plans to continue playing an active role in its future development.

Kim is passionate about Nanaimo and loves that everything you need is right at your door step. Without having to leave Vancouver Island you’ve got surfing, snow skiing, water skiing, fishing, entertainment and much more available to you. With her personal interests in boating, fitness, and being a tourist in her own town, Kim will not only help you through a real estate transaction but give you suggestions on what to do in the mean time!
